Due to the fact, that I exposed numerous acts of crimes and a large number of violation of my civil rights I have been facing ever since I returned to my homeland of Poland 6 years ago : among these are imprisoning, persecution,tyranny, torturing, exile and rejection from all areas of my life.
People, who I have been rising, bringing up and growing, nourishing and co-existing with they took advantage of me and left me with full hands of blessings, produced through my diligent work and life vision of Wellness and Holistic Well-BEing.

VANITY, SLOTH , PRIDE of self, GREEDINESS, Worshipping false gods, and comfort of PROSTITUTION is legalism of USA and their corrupted allies ; so called wicked HAPPINESS.

LESSONS I learned as I turned a decent age today:
1. Be a HUMAN within Heart&Soul&Spirit&Body&Mind and INTELECT, emotional inteligence.
2. ABOVE all be SELF and AUTHENTIC.
3. Become both a thin-skin and thick-skinned person.
4. Have a COURAGE to say NO .
5. Stand the ground for what is lawfully yours through diligent work.
6. Be Realistic more than Optimistic
7. BALANCE all areas of life.
8. TAKE CARE of own WELLNESS AND WELL-BEING
9. Separate self from greedy parasites and false, selfish “friends”.
10. Nourish WELLNESS daily
11.CHOOSE JOY
12. LAUGH AT DEVIL, EVIL AND LUCYFERS.
